1. Custom Products

All jerseys are made-to-order according to the customization details you provide. Because each item is uniquely created, custom jerseys are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

2. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • The jersey received is the wrong size, color, or design compared to your order details.
  • The item is damaged upon arrival.
  • There is a manufacturing or printing defect.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

3. Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement at no additional charge.
  • If the return is due to customer error (such as incorrect size, name, or number entered during ordering), returns or refunds are not available.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because custom jerseys go into production quickly:

  • Order changes (size, name, number, etc.) must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
  • After production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

8. Final Sale Items

Gift cards, promotional items, and discounted clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
